    • Crosslink International Documents Clearing Services has a no cancellation policy for the services provided on or off this website. However, cancellation in the process is subjected to the nature of services assigned.
    • Payment gateway fees are not refundable.
    • Refund through online payments will be credited with in 15 business days.

Payment gateway charges

The following is a list of the rates:

    1. Transactions made using a bank in the UAE will incur a payment gateway fee of 2.9% plus AED 1 for each transaction made using that bank.
    2. Other types of bank transactions will incur a payment gateway fee of 2.9% plus AED 1, in addition to any other fees that may be applicable based on the kind of transaction.
      • Cards issued in a country other than the UAE incur an extra fee of 1%.
      • A fee of 1% is charged whenever money is converted.
      • In addition, there is a 0.5% fee for recurring payments made through Stripe Billing.
